PAFPI PUBLIC STATEMENT Regarding
Network Plus Philippines Membership and
Representative

PUBLIC STATEMENT

Positive Action Foundation Philippines Inc. (PAFPI) would like to clarify and inform the public
that it has never been a member of Network Plus Philippines since its formation way back in
2021.

Our organization has never sent any representative to attend their meetings or to represent
PAFPI in any capacity. We emphasize that the Board of Trustees and the management of the
Positive Action Foundation Philippines (PAFPI) has never authorized any individual to
represent Positive Action Foundation Philippines Inc. (PAFPI) at Network Plus Philippines.

While we acknowledge the valuable role that Network Plus Philippines has played in uniting
the community of people living with HIV organizations in the Philippines, we wish to clarify
that our organization has not been formally affiliated with them.
