Dear PAFPI Management Team,

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to each and
every one of you for the outstanding effort and dedication you put into the recent USAID
PAFPI organization’s assessment in Manila. Your hard work and commitment have truly
made a significant impact, and I am incredibly proud of what the management and the staff
have accomplished together.

From the meticulous planning and coordination to the meticulous execution and delivery,
your professionalism and expertise shone through every step of the way. The positive
feedback I have received from Ferdi and Bobby today is a testament to your dedication to
excellence and your ability to exceed expectations. Open communication and transparency
within the organization, it will bring us a better and stronger. The team management did well
and thank you.

It is not every day that we undertake such a critical assessment, and your contributions
have been invaluable in ensuring its success. Your ability to work collaboratively as a team,
your attention to detail, and your unwavering commitment to quality have made a lasting
impression. I am looking forward to receiving the recommendation from USAID, and from there, we
