The Positive Action Foundation Philippines, Inc. (PAFPI) is proud to be recognized by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) as a tax-exempt non-stock, non-profit organization under the provisions of the National Internal Revenue Code.
Obtaining and maintaining BIR tax-exempt status is an important recognition that requires organizations to demonstrate compliance with government regulations and to operate exclusively in furtherance of their charitable mission. PAFPI has successfully maintained this recognition through the renewal of its Certificates of Tax Exemption since 2017, reflecting our continued commitment to integrity, transparency, and responsible stewardship. Our tax-exempt status supports our mission by ensuring that grants and donations are utilized to strengthen HIV prevention, treatment, care, support, advocacy, and community empowerment programs that benefit people living with HIV and other vulnerable communities throughout the Philippines.
